Returns

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note: Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Please pack the items in the original packaging or a sturdy box. Tick on the order form which items you wish to return, place them in the box, and seal it securely. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please place a new order on our website and return the original item.

The cost of return shipping is at your own expense. We recommend sending your return as a tracked parcel, as Maison Maeva is not responsible for lost shipments.

Used jewelry cannot be returned.
All products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.

Issues with the product: damaged or incomplete items
We sincerely apologize if there is an issue with your order—it is certainly not our intention for this to happen. If a problem occurs, please contact us via email, as we are unable to respond to phone calls on Instagram or Whats app.
